Staying Healthy and Active

Are you looking for a way to get healthy and active without the stress of comparisons or embarrassment? Do you wish there was a way to work on your fitness without feeling like you can't keep up? How GREAT would it be to feel CONFIDENT and HAPPY when you look in the mirror?


Our goal is to help guide you in being healthy! We want you to feel good when playing in gym class and when getting dressed for school in the morning. So much of health is mental and when we talk about weight it makes it turn into a "shamey" feeling. Instead of focusing on weight, let's talk about the amount of water that is right for YOU personally; the right foods that can give ENERGY and keep your body healthy (and then add in movement no matter what that looks like for you)!


IF this sounds right for you, I hope you join our Panther Pack! Karen Becker and I will be leading ANYONE grades 7-12 who is interested in becoming more healthy! We will meet at the Choir Room Monday through Thursday from 3:00-3:30.
